Power Wheels Barbie Trail Rider
This adorable and fun little vehicle has received a lot of great reviews from multiple sources. It's sturdy, easily maneuverable, and sports an easy press to go release to stop button on the handle bars. I've taken some time to develop some answers to some frequently asked questions about the Power Wheels Barbie Trail Rider.
What age group is this vehicle for?
I would say anywhere from 12 months to 3 years old. The Trail Rider is pretty easy to handle.
How fast does the Power Wheels Barbie Trail Rider move?
No more than 2mph (adult walking speed) on concrete or grass.
How long does the battery last?
The battery lasts for a decent amount of time as far as power wheels vehicles go. Ours lasted for 10 to 15 minutes per charge is our little girl was running it constantly over grass and concrete.
How does the Trail Rider handle?
The Trail Rider handles pretty easily. Most children seem to take to it within the first time or two of riding it. It has an easy stop and go button right on the handlebar. The Trail Rider moves at about 2mph, so the worst thing that can happen is you'll have to turn the Trail Rider around so they can continue playing.
What are some other features on the Trail Rider?
The Power Wheels Barbie Trail Rider comes with a cup holder, secret storage for the children's little treasures, and a press-to-go-release-to-stop button on the handlebars.
Is the Trail Rider easy to assemble?
Very much so. I had this out of the box and together in about 10 minutes, even with very little experience putting one of these together.
How long will the Trail Rider last?
With the new technology in batteries, and the decent design of the toy, the Trail Rider should last at least 2 years before you need to even consider buying a replacement battery.

The Beginning
Ever see one of those little power wheels cars and thought to yourself "Hey, I'd like to get one of those for my kid!"
They come in all different types, shapes, and sizes. You could have your little one rolling down the sidewalk in a hummer or their favorite sports car. The only trouble I've seen, is that there isn't enough real information out there about these child sized vehicles. I've seen a few customer reviews, but generally they are posted right after the sale and not much detail is given about the overall performance. How are you supposed to know how long the battery will last, how much punishment one of these things can take, or if those dreaded "some assembly required" phrases are pasted upon the packaging? I just happen to have two boys that love these things, and love it even more when they get to drive them around while I stand by with a checkered flag.
